Dear Cubs and Family,

Due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to change the venue for Friday’s Group Firework Extravaganza.

New Details are as follows

Event.....Firework Extravaganza

Venue....Scout HQ, Top of Llan Road, Glan Conwy

Time ......5.45pm to 8pm

Parking...The Estuary Pub Car Park

Cost........Subs as Normal.

Meet at the Estuary car park at 5:45pm and walk up to Scout HQ for 6pm (Leaders will show directions to HQ).

Families are welcome to stay.

Soup, hot dogs and drinks will be available for all but we do need to know numbers for catering purposes.

Therefore please contact Shere Khan (Dave) on 07886525044 by Wednesday to confirm your numbers attending.

Warm clothing and gloves (for sparklers) will be needed.
