Elin - if you have any questions about the 3 Peaks I will talk to you about it on Friday. However, don't get you're hopes up, I will not be changing my mind!

As Jo mentioned the 3 Peaks is a Challenge that she and I are going to undertake in order to raise money for our Scout Troop. It is not open to Scouts as it would end up costing more than we would raise. It would also be a logistical nightmare.

As I mentioned, Jo and I are willing to take Scouts up Snowdon in the Spring. I just hope this time some of the Scouts take us up on the offer - last year nobody wanted to do it. I think this would be a good place to start, before moving on to much more ambitious challenges.

I think the leaders should allow the scouts on the three peak challenge - it would be great for them.

I'm up for it!!! Snowdon that is not Everest - think three peaks is enough of a challenge to start with!!! :)

Rather predictably, I would like to take the Scouts up Mount Everest, but failing that, Snowdon would be good!! Jo knows the way now, so with 2 leaders we could take 5 Scouts to the summit. Anyone interested we'll plan it for the spring!!
